About the Role:

The Inlay Tech plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the precise application of inlays in various products. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of material properties to achieve high-quality results. The Inlay Tech will work closely with design and production teams to meet specifications and maintain production schedules. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting any issues that arise during the inlay process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Ultimately, the Inlay Tech contributes significantly to the overall quality and aesthetic appeal of the final products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or technical role.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience with inlay processes or similar techniques.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate inlay machinery according to production specifications.
• Inspect inlays for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
