Job Summary :

We're searching for a highly-skilled project manager to contribute to ID3 Group's growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative solutions provider. The ideal candidate will have production experience as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. He / She will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Provide key production dates to sales team and assist with building overall timelines.
- Manage and approve CAD drawings, ensure accuracy of drawing format and design.
- Manage the production process and items being fabricated through the shop lead and production manager
- Use project management best practices to ensure that each assigned project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Participate in kick off meetings, create work orders and create materials requisitions
- Track, produce and report change orders
- Continually monitor and report job progress
- Assess, identify and report risks to project success
- Review and close projects upon completion
