Job Summary
The office coordinator is responsible for assisting the Accounting and F&B department with the various operational functions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Expo policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for keeping track of the daily labor reports and invoices.
- UKG daily reports.
- Temp labor reports.
- Review and submit invoices.
- Keep track of daily Team Member meal counts.
- Responsible for keeping track of the daily payroll.
- Accrues review and tracking.
- Service charges daily and bi-weekly reports.
- Review and confirm daily time sheets.
- Responsible for keeping track of Team Members’ attendance.
- Responsible for operating the Team Member Bank which includes but not limited to:
- Managing cash flow for events
- Requesting funds and supplies
- Verifying cash sales for cashiers, bartenders, and business center
- Preparing deposits for Brinks
- Preparing end of the show summary reports
- Sending necessary reports to Shared Services Operational Accounting
- Maintaining and updating SOPs
- Utilize Accounting Software (EBMS) to:
- Reconcile and batch cash receipts.
- Post commissions, contract fees, garnishment fees and other miscellaneous accounting entries
- Calculate revenue splits based on contracted percentages with company’s partners.
- Creating Miscellaneous events
- Perform cash management duties which may include daily bank reports and completing spreadsheets to maintain cash account balances.
- Provides assistance with Venetian Shared Billing.
- Provides assistance with Payroll and Union Reporting.
- Provides assistance with Banquet Service Charges through Evention.
- Physical presence at work is an essential function of this job.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Proficient in 10 key.
- Clear written and verbal communications.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 25 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned.
- Must be able to work with others, communicate well, give directions, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat potentially noisy environment. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to frequently move freely about the office, maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
- Ability to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and be able to access all areas of the property.
Minimum Requirements:
- 18 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any required card, certification, or license as required by law or policy.
