Job Overview:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all exhibitors before, during and after the tradeshow. This includes preparing all service and product offerings for each show in our order entry systems and assisting exhibitors through the ordering process. In addition, ESRs provide critical event information to exhibitors so that they are prepared to have a successful onsite experience. In addition, performing all functions of an Exhibitor Services Representative as outlined below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform basic functions in EXPO’s computer resources (i.e. EXPO Online, Microsoft Excel and Outlook).
• Enter exhibitor lists, orders, process payments, and price masters, without supervision.
• Promote and sell the benefits of eLogistics Transportation on all shows.
• Work as support staff on large shows and independently on small shows.
• Perform all in-house and show site functions/procedures as stated in the Exhibitor Services Manual (i.e. data processing, incoming/outgoing phone calls/batch processing, customer billing, invoicing, collecting on outstanding balances, show closings etc…).
• Accurately perform all data entry for Exhibitor Services, i.e., input exhibitor lists, price lists, orders, payments, etc.
• Must be familiar with: Pertinent information for assigned show, show rules and regulations, and personnel assigned to show.
• Coordinate with production department exhibitor requirements for assigned shows.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, fax, email or in person at show site.
• Handle incoming exhibitor telephone calls.
• Contact exhibitors regarding problems with orders/payments.
• Solicit the sale of upgrade or additional equipment/services.
• Proper handling and processing of cash, checks, and credit cards payments.
• Calculate and create price masters.
• Generates billing and invoicing for the exhibit area of the show. Proficient in billing that involves moderate pricing specifications (i.e. multiple third parties, multiple credit cards, multiple discounts, credits, etc.).
• Collects all monies for services before, during and after the show.
• Set up and maintain show files.
• Complete all show closing functions.
• Resolve complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints to designated departments or Account Executive for investigation.
• Able to perform audits. (Pre-show, self-audits, show-site, and post show).
• Pack show-site supplies, computers, printers, and other equipment.
• Perform routine office and show site duties (i.e. filing/consolidating, faxing, set files, and data entry.)
• Coordinate and manage service desk efficiently at shows consisting of two (2) or more Exhibitor Service Representatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/ Skills:
• High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) or more years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 products, emphasizing Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to learn internal systems (exhibitor portal, I.D Sign Machine, order system, etc.)
• Must be willing to work both independently and participate as a team player to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Ability to balance multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual a plus.
Travel Requirements: Must be able to work nights, weekends and travel throughout the U.S. with notice.
