Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom renovation projects with precision and professionalism. If you have experience as a Carpenter, Handyman, Residential Remodeler, Construction Worker, or Plumber, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a structured, team-oriented environment. Our Installers receive W2 employment with full benefits and clear career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Renovation:

• Complete bathroom renovation projects from demolition to the installation of acrylic shower/tub systems.
• Follow detailed installation procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Utilize carpentry, remodeling, and general construction skills to complete installations efficiently.
  
  

Worksite Management

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring customers’ homes are protected throughout the project.
• Handle tools, materials, and job site logistics to support smooth project execution.
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site challenges to ensure successful installations.
  
  

Customer Interaction & Teamwork

• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members, including Lead Installers and Apprentices, to complete projects on time.
• Communicate effectively with the Installation Manager regarding project progress and needs.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in remodeling, construction, carpentry, or plumbing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (minimum of 5 years required).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, squat, climb stairs, and use ladders for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions as required for installation tasks.
