The role of a Customer Care Associate is a very important role helping expoIT’s growing and maturing customer base. Someone in this role will report directly to the Director of Operations and the Customer Care Lead, and you will work closely with the Sales and Warehouse Team.
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for delivering superior experiences to our customers by Slack, Teams and email. Specifically, these inquiries will involve the onboarding process, offboarding process and everything in between for our customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which you’ll use critical thinking skills and communication skills to solve customer problems. No two inquiries are ever the same, which makes this an exciting place to develop and hone your customer service and problem solving skills!
Essential Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to provide extraordinary service on all inquiries or request from our customers. These inquiries can come via Slack, email, and Jira.
- Making sure every customer interaction results in a great customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our customers processes
- Tracking customer shipments via various carriers
- Be willing to learn something new every day and apply it to future customer interactions
Qualifications And Education
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Capability to identify and address customer’s needs to ensure an outstanding experience on every interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment supporting the rapid growth of our customer base
- Be a self-motivated individual to meet & exceed goals
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to commute to the office in Derry, NH (No remote work available)
