You're hands-on, organized, and experienced in residential construction from start to finish. You manage schedules, subs, and materials—and you bring a sense of pride and leadership to every jobsite. You should be ready to:

• Prior experience in construction (2 years preferred for PMs and partners)

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

• Willingness to travel throughout Central New England (Worcester to New London, Providence to Hartford)

• Comfort with technology and jobsite apps/tools
