Client Relations Executive
Background:
Based in Clearwater, opposite the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, ExportAction started in 2007 assisting UK companies looking to set up and expand into the USA. Along with sister company, Office Services 101, which provides office services to US companies, we have developed into a thriving international business. Growth of our client base and the opening of a warehouse to service our clients has created a role for an enthusiastic and positive team member who will enjoy working with our clients, building those relationships, and welcoming and helping new clients successfully develop their US business.
The Job:
· Be part of the small team to handle client support plus administrative duties such as filing, supply ordering, and handling incoming mail.
· Set up new client accounts, and close accounts when required.
· Build relationships with existing and new clients.
· Be responsible for managing your own group of clients.
· Maintain the “HubSpot” CRM client and vendor database.
· Respond to telephone and email enquiries and liaise with the warehouse team when receiving orders for the warehouse.
· Learn about our clients’ different products and services with a view to providing front-line telephone and email help desk support to these clients and their customers.
· Be able to troubleshoot client problems, calling on assistance when required.
· As a team member, assist colleagues when needed.
· Full Training will be provided.
You will possess:
- Great attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with all MS Office products, including Word and Excel.
- A strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to express empathy and communicate effectively using telephone and email.
You will be:
- A cheerful and enthusiastic team player.
- Able to manage several tasks at one time.
- Personable when dealing with clients face to face and on the phone.
- Confident and have self-initiative.

We are looking for part-time employee with future plans to become full-time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
