Exposure Explosion Festival is a weekly conglomerate of music festivals and small business marketing that take place in different cities and states across the world. Bringing businesses and entertainment maximum exposure. Exposure Explosion will bring a night of endless circumstances of opportunity. EE is known for the platform of opportunity by bringing musicians record deals, models a chance to showcase their marketing skills, and more. EE has an award-winning market and advancement opportunity. Connected to EE we also have music distribution, artists housing, record labels, and more. Our goal is simply to create a powerhouse of services for entertainers by creating a platform that covers foundation, health, housing, stability, and marketing.
Exposure Explosion Festival has many independent record labels worldwide. Within our labels, we have integrated artist and producer management services as well as publishing administration services. We have worked with some of the biggest labels in the world.
We are looking to hire many managers to assist in managing the day-to-day business process for our artists. You will be working with and alongside our Owner and founder.

Passionate about music

Interested in expanding their network within the music business

Highly experienced with artist and/or producer management

Able to network and navigate easily within the music industry

Experienced in music royalties

Experienced in split sheets, contracts, and music business negotiations

Knowledgeable in marketing

Able to connect artists and producers easily
This position is commission-based.
You must have experience in music industry management to be considered for this position.
