We are a local marketing firm seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Community Outreach Associate to help our non-profit partners strengthen their presence in the community. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for outreach efforts, ensuring that fundraising campaigns and initiatives are successfully executed and aligned with the needs of our non-profit partners. By building meaningful relationships with potential supporters and community members, you will help our partners achieve their mission and growth goals.

Core Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with local individuals and organizations to raise awareness and support for our non-profit partners.
- Assist in organizing and executing fundraising campaigns and community events to support non-profit initiatives and generate revenue on behalf of our clients.
- Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community leaders to expand outreach and secure resources for our non-profit partners.
- Maintain detailed records of fundraising efforts, community feedback, and donor interactions to ensure effective strategy execution and follow-up.
- Work closely with fellow team members and non-profit partners to ensure campaigns are tailored to local needs and community values.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some coursework in a community-focused or business-related field is preferred but not required.
- Some experience in community engagement, fundraising, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse community members.
- Passion for nonprofit work and social causes.
- Strong team player with a natural ability to lead initiatives.
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Must be able to commute locally and attend in-person community events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
