What You’ll Do
- Answer phones (top priority) and schedule service calls with confidence.
- Coordinate with technicians, ensuring smooth dispatch and clear updates.
- Build customer loyalty by solving issues and offering tailored services.
- Keep customers in the loop on technician progress or delays.
- Manage schedules, prioritizing urgent needs with efficiency.
- Follow up with post-service calls to confirm satisfaction.
- Process billing, payments, and job data accurately.
- Assist with reports, estimates, and lists as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness.
- Mail documents at USPS.
- Other duties as they come up.
What You Bring
- Stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a quiet, slow-paced setting; yet able to handle periods of intensity throughout the week.
- Customer service or dispatching experience (trades a plus).
- 1 years in a relevant role (i.e. secretary, hotel front desk, customer service, etc.)
