Data Analyst
Location: Berlin, CT
USC OR GC OR GC EAD
Essential Skills:
1. Gathering and analysing data from Nexthink to identify trends, patterns and performance bottlenecks across devices, applications and network connections. Proactively analyse Nexthink, Service Now other data to identify use cases.
2. Ready to work at offshore as an individual contributor with direct customer interaction
3. Proactively analyze NeXthink, Service Now other data to identify use cases
4. Investigating and identifying the root causes of performance issues by analysing detailed data collected by Nexthink
5. Report benefits of use case and improvement in DEX score
6. Working closely with network, security, application and desktop teams to implement solutions based on Nexthink analysis.
7. Utilizing Nexthink data to predict future resource needs and optimize infrastructure capacity.
Desirable Skills:
1. Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
2. Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
3. Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
