- and need to position couple of good SQL analysts
- preferably in New Jersey area
Following is the JD for the Data analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Experience with data querying languages (SQL) and working with large datasets
- Expertise in writing complex queries joining multiple tables
- Experience in using analytical functions in SQL (like Rank, Dense Rank, variance, Partition by etc.)
- Expertise in exploratory data analytics using complex SQL, Excel and other tools
- Proficiency in building dynamic, interactive reports, and dashboards
- Expertise in PowerBI, Tableau etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in stakeholder management, especially with business units to understand the requirements and suggest data insights and solutions
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
- Combine in-depth analysis of business unit requirements and comprehensive understand of core system capabilities
- Experience leading and working independently on projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge on Fintech domain with exposure to investment banking, wealth management, securities etc.
