Role Description:
Sound knowledge of IT Ops process, tools and analytics, observability, monitoring & event management process.
Experience working in IT Operation Automation Solution. Mine / Harvest more use cases for automation, Elimination and optimize Configure the Nexthink tool to implement the use cases identified.
Essential Skills:
1. Able to design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and backed)
2. Sound knowledge in PowerShell script
3. Sound knowledge in troubleshooting windows Operating system issues
4. Knowledge of network protocols like TCP, UDP, ZMQ, and gRPC
5. Experience on working on Agile.
6. Experience on working on implementation of Nexthink use cases
Desirable Skills:
1. Nexthink certifications (e.g., Nexthink Advanced, Nexthink Architect) are highly desirable.
2. Knowledge in Database and SQL stored procedures
3. Working knowledge in Windows and Mac platform
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $60.00 per year
