Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled radiographer to join our team as a Full-Time Radiographer at ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will perform radiographic exams, provide patient education, and assist with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic exams using x-ray equipment
- Provide patients with clear instructions on radiation safety and procedures
- Assist with triaging, discharge, and other basic patient care as Radiology workflow allows
Requirements:
- Maryland State Radiographer License (Required)
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in a physician's office or hospital (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in operating x-ray equipment
- Reliable transportation with the willingness to comply with the company travel policy
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, stand/walk for long periods, and lift 25 lbs.
