Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit contracts and subcontracts
- Process invoices
- Organize and maintain project documentation and paperwork
- Apply for city business licenses and permits
- Request and verify insurance documents
- Create and manage project selection sheets and bid administration schedules
Qualifications and Skills:
- Quick learner with strong communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Manager in a General Contracting (GC) environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
