Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, well-rounded, and organized Finance Sales Assistant to join our successful wealth management firm in Newport Beach, CA. Here, you are family. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting, account management and setup, and support office operations!
Responsibilities
- Assist new clients in rolling over assets from outside accounts and/or current employers. I. Manage all document tracking, e-filing, and client follow-up calls.
- Keeping new clients abreast of their rollover: I. Conference calls to ensure outside assets will have a smooth transition. II. Update calls with clients to answer any questions they may have.
- Ensuring mail is collected each day and routed to appropriate compliance department.
- Answering inbound calls: I. Satisfying client requests for information, wire transfers, or directing them to the appropriate department to further assist.
- Maintain office appearance: I. Ensuring conference room is prepped for client meetings. II. Replenishing supplies for client meetings.
- Maintain relationship with mutual fund companies used by the firm. I. Schedule meetings. II. Track monthly allocation.
- Manage Client requests I. Trades when needed to assist advisor II. Capital withdrawals Ill. account maintenance.
- Compliance I. Manage compliance logs: i. Client gifts ii. Company receipts
- Ad hoc tasks from management
Experience
- 10 Years experience in a finance support role- Wealth Management a plus!
- Series 7 License REQUIRED
- Proficiency in financial software is highly desirable- Charles Schwab software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
