Job Summary
Continually review, update, and create franchise office operation systems to work with programmers to provide to the field.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and create/maintain Express automation business systems as required by the field, including but not limited to Express automation systems current and future.
- Work with the Director to provide programmers with the means to develop Express office automations/operations software programs for various venues in all countries in which Express does business.
- Write detailed description of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Test and approve software/internet program changes and manage a variety of field beta testers for multiple countries.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years field or equivalent experience in the staffing industry.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of business practices and procedures for both a franchisor and franchisee system.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Requires a high level of computer/software expertise.
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years business experience or equivalent experience.
- Needs customer service skills, good verbal communications skills/business knowledge.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience.
Education and Experience:
- Three to five years of business operations experience or related experience.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A high-level understanding of the staffing and franchising industries.
