Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consistently working with specific franchisees on their sales strategy to hit the expected and desired levels of production.
- Works with New and Resale Franchisees through virtual coaching calls.
- Show the Franchisees what good coaching looks like through a 26-week program.
- Coach, trainer and sales consultant to Franchisees at all levels of development.
- Take a collaborative approach when working with the Developer and the Franchisee to formulate strategic game plans and conduct follow-up to help the owners with implementation of the plans.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- An ability to coach Franchisees and influence them to make decision that will have a positive impact on their sales success and growth of the office.
- Coaching, training, problem solving and motivational skills.
- Proven and effective Sales and Management field experience.
- Goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Possess the ability to think through, understand and analyze numbers for pricing, gross margin figures and profitability.
- Proven track record in growing sales, responsibility of P&L and growing internal staff.
- Must be flexible, tenacious, have foresight, intuition and communicate concepts effectively.
- Produce and conduct additional customized training for Franchisees and staff, when appropriate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Strong presentation skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in training and development or organizational development.
- Five years of sales and management experience.
Decision-Making Total latitude to make decisions about processes and methodology trained.
Supervision: Received – Given Work independently utilizing tools provided by Express. SVP coaches and guides Director of Training and Coaching.
Accuracy, Accountability and Control Possible errors may result in harm to the reputation of the company and/or financial hardship to the Franchisee and organization. Accountability for offices hitting sales goals in respect to office growth by keeping Franchisees focused on the essential sales functions needed to be profitable. This position does not allow for the direct control of the results, rather the results are accomplished by working through others. Accountability is essential through consistent follow-up and follow-through.
Contacts: Internal – External Regular contacts with other Departments, Zone VPs, Developers and Franchisees. It is important to keep the Express system as well as information regarding owners’ financial information and clients confidential.

Confidential Information We have access to franchisee confidential information and expect to maintain stringent controls.
Working Conditions Perform some repetitive motion activities, sit for long periods of time in an office environment, and handle workload primarily through extensive use of Teams, telephone, email and web design. Some travel is required.
Other Information Ability to style flex with multitude of personalities.
