Job Summary: The Techni Innovation Analyst will work with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Development to develop and conduct experiments, analyze information gathered through experiments, and manage pilots promoting the strategic plan of our department. This role requires a strong and broad knowledge of technology from multiple areas, including web, cloud services, artificial intelligence, mobile apps, IoT, wireless communication, software development, and more. The Analyst will also be responsible for building PowerApps, working with Python, SQL, and other programming languages.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct experiments and pilots for the Strategy Lab in conjunction with departmental business partners across the organization.
- Collect feedback as it relates to experiments and pilots.
- Assemble, analyze, and report experiment conclusions and next steps.
- Develop and maintain an experiment pipeline based on strategic priorities.
- Support the Strategic Plan as defined by the Senior Leadership Team.
- Build and maintain PowerApps, Power Automate Workflows, and other technical solutions for proof-of-concept experiments.
- Work with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and others to develop innovative solutions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or Business with strong technical training, Computer Science minor, etc.
- 4 years of advanced problem-solving experience in technical areas.
- 1-4 years of pilot/project management experience.
- 2 years of computer hardware or software engineering development, programming in areas such as HTML5, Swift, Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, APIs, SQL, C, C , Ruby, Python, web development, mobile technology, artificial intelligence.
- Experience with Agile methodology for project management.
