Responsibilities
- Fulfill maintenance requests and prepare apartments for new tenants.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests, adhering to the 24-hour response policy.
- Take part in after-hours on-call service on a rotating schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas, including litter removal from parking lots, trash enclosures, laundry rooms, the community center, and carports, as well as pressure washing buildings and walkways.
- Engage in company-sponsored training seminars.
- Perform additional duties as needed and assigned.
- Traveling from site to site
- Actively be on-site to meet day-to-day business needs
- Previous experience in residential maintenance is preferred.
- Capable of reading, comprehending, and following written instructions.
- Skilled in completing reports accurately.
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with residents and the public.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
