We have been retained by our client to perform a confidential search for an Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager for their location in Philadelphia. My client, a long time service provider to the gaming industry has locations in over 30 countries and is focused on growing market share in the US (NJ, PA, MI, CT).
The ideal person comes from an industry overseeing large volume workforce needs (hotel/casino, retail, restaurant). We need a strong leader who is comfortable challenging the current Head of Finance to innovate the department. Must be able to push the team forward, with innovating new best practices, implementing new efficiencies, and by being a strong communicator.
Core Requirements
