We’re seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow our business in the local market.

Job Summary :

As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Express Employment Professionals, building relationships with local businesses and offering staffing solutions that help them achieve their goals. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify and target prospective clients through research, cold calls, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner for their staffing needs.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and recommend tailored staffing solutions, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
  • Territory Management : Plan and execute sales strategies within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about local labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure client expectations are met and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
