What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate mixing of materials
- Follow detailed instructions and formulas to create consistent, high-quality blends
- Lift and move materials regularly (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
- Keep accurate records of batches and report any issues to supervisors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous general labor or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Pay raise to $20/hr after 30 days
