Duties
- Replace broken fixtures and hardware
- Perform painting and hanging drywall as needed
- Assist with landscape maintenance and intensive cleaning tasks
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
- Use hand tools or power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other construction materials.
- Construct frameworks for structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and doorframes, using raw materials like wood and metal.
- Install cabinets, shelves, doors, windows, drywall, and other fixtures in buildings.
Salary : $15 - $17
