Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver for one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in transporting goods and heavy equipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Operate both manual 18-speed non-synchronized transmission and 6-speed synchronous transmission trucks.
• Transport and handle heavy equipment, including loading and unloading forklifts onto trucks.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Load and unload cargo as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
• Ensure timely deliveries while following designated routes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 years of driving experience.
• Proficiency in operating manual 18-speed non-synchronized transmissions and 6-speed synchronous transmissions.
• Experience in transporting heavy equipment, such as forklifts.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks as needed.
