We are seeking Credit Card Depot Technicians to join our partnering client's team in Norwood, MA.

Resonsibilities
- Track device inventory
- Prepare and pack boxes for shipment
- Assist in resolution of customer tickets
- Packaging and provisioning of the credit card devices
- Download software on credit card machines
- Configure software on credit card machines
- Troubleshoot the credit card machines
- Handling loading and unloading of items on pallets
- Involvement in download of POS templates and ongoing deployment support.
- Co-ordination with customer technical support groups/ help desk, store managers and helpdesk.
- Monitoring open tickets and assistance in speedy resolution of issues.
- Assist in deployment of POS, Payment Terminals etc. at store locations
- Track Device shipment
- 1-2 years
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical Configuration
- Basic knowledge of computers, emails, Excel, Word etc..
