Responsibilities
- Interview
- Make hiring decisions
- Drug testing
- Orientate new hires
- Internal and external communication
- Assist answering phones
- Additional duties as requested
- Communicate daily with internal staff members and clients
- Demonstrates excellent Customer Service skills
- Possess excellent typing skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Able to problem solve and be a decision maker
- Assist in inside sales
- Follows written and verbal communications and instructions.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with other members of the team
