Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair work
- Shovel and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth, even surface
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Experience in asphalt or construction work is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
