We are looking for dependable, certified lifeguards to ensure the safety of swimmers and maintain a secure environment throughout the summer season.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and monitor weather condition.
- Enforce Safety Rules, spot hazards and prevent accidents.
- Respond Quickly to emergencies with rescues, CPR and first aid.
- Promote Water Safety and educate swimmers on potential risks.
- Inspect aquatic areas, equipment and facilities.
- MUST possess excellent water rescue and first aid skills.
- MUST demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
- MUST take a proactive approach to injury prevention and respond quickly in emergencies.
- MUST remain highly vigilant and continuously aware of surroundings while maintaining professionalism.
- Hours will vary between 11am and 7pm
- Open Sunday through Saturday, 7 days/week.
- Pay starts at $17/hr.
- You will meet with the supervisor to discuss and finalize your specific days and hours based on availability and needs.
