Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair geothermal HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Work independently when needed, ensuring high-quality installation and service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes during installations.
- Effectively communicate with customers to address questions and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Proficiency in using tools and understanding mechanical systems for HVAC installations and repairs.
- Building and Construction Knowledge: Experience with construction materials and methods related to HVAC systems and installations.
- Active Listening: Able to give full attention to customers and team members, ensuring clear understanding and communication.
