Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, employee performance, and operational efficiency
• Develop sales strategies for service contracts, maintenance agreements, and equipment sales to foster revenue growth
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand the customer base
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems, including maintenance and repair
