Responsibilities
- Conduct daily maintenance of both processing facilities
- Follow Maintenance procedures and ensuring safety is always followed
- Conducting inspections of the facilities to identify and repair issues
- Conduct inspections of the equipment to identify issues and resolve them
- Check electrical, furnace, and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Take part in repair and installation activities
- Notify Maintenance manager of all components and parts consumed
- Manage relationships with contractors and fellow employees
- Keep maintenance logs and reports up to date on daily maintenance activates
- Take part in coverage of fellow maintenance employees during times of vacation and other company obligations
- 5-years' experience maintenance or facilities maintenance
- Proven experience in maintenance and equipment repair
- Experience in maintenance and equipment repair
- Experience in conducting preventative, predictive, and repair maintenance
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Electrical to 480v 3 phase
- Complete mechanical experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Dust collection and ducting a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Use of a CMM system, preferred
- CAD or similar software proficiency
- Fabrication and welding experience
