Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What You Will Be Doing

• Greeting customers and assisting them both in person and over the phone
• Answering product inquiries, preparing order quotes, and coordinating deliveries
• Educating customers on product offerings, addressing questions, and resolving any issues
• Managing existing client accounts and establishing new ones
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly and prioritize daily tasks
• General knowledge of lumber is helpful but not necessary
