Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Engage in outbound calling to identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings.
- Proven experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
