Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with a strong background in plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, addressing plumbing issues, and ensuring that all apartment systems are functioning optimally. Duties include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, replacing pipes, fixtures, and appliances, as well as general apartment maintenance tasks like electrical, HVAC, and general repairs as needed.

Pay: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of plumbing systems
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with other general maintenance tasks as required (electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
