Maintenance Technician

Express Employment is currently hiring for a maintenance technician for a manufacturing facility in the Meridian, MS area.

Job Details

• Performs maintenance service requests and completes related paperwork promptly and professionally.
• Organize parts and materials required for maintenance service requests and plan maintenance work in advance to ensure efficient completion of all maintenance-related work.
• Will be performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing machinery.
• Will be responsible for roughly 90% mechanical and 10% electrical work.
  
  

Job Requirements

• The ability to demonstrate machining capability will be required.
• Welding/Fabrication skills are preferred.
• Will be required to use computer systems.
• 3 years of quality forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift to a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience using various hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with ease.
