• Mechanical Skills: A natural aptitude for diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Experience: Proven experience in vehicle servicing.
• Licensing: A valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US.
• Screening: Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Customer Service: Effective communication and customer service skills.
