Job Type: Full-Time (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright/Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabricating skills to maintain, repair, and install industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Fabricate, weld, and modify metal components as needed for repairs and installations.
• Install and align new machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Millwright, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Proficiency in welding, fabricating, mechanical repairs, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts, including night shifts if required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in welding or millwright trade is a plus.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is an advantage.
