Location: Simi Valley, CA

Pay: $18 - $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Powder Coating Associate III to join our team in Simi Valley. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in powder coating, who are skilled in using spray guns and torque-controlled tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate spray guns and torque-controlled tools for powder coating applications
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing detail sheets, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Wear a respirator mask as required

• Must be able to use spray guns and torque-controlled tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Must be able to wear a respirator mask
