Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is helping a client in the Maple Lake area in their search for Production Associates. This is a second shift position where you can enjoy a 3 day weekend! Hours are M-Th 3:45pm- 1:45am. Starting pay is $20/hr. There is a $3,000 sign on bonus; $1,000 sign on bonus when hired on, $2,000 after 90 days.

Job Duties
- Operate heavy machinery, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations
- Shoveling powder
- You will be assisting in a team to make molds, trim & inspect the product
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
- Help participate in the training of team members.
- You will be assisting in a team to make mold and trim the product
- Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
- Ability to lift up to 50# on occasion and in teams
- Good written and oral communication
