Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and inspect tool changes, assemble components, perform flaming and fiber glassing with precision.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure all paperwork and procedures are meticulously followed.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Capable of handling parts and materials up to 60 pounds and working long days in a warm environment.
- Experience in production part processes.
- Familiarity with rotational molding and assembly processes and equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
