Job Details
- Salary: $90K
- Travel: Requires some travel to visit various locations
- Lead and manage safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
- Oversee incident management, emergency response efforts, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Promote a culture of safety through effective training programs and certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize safety practices.
- Monitor and improve workplace health and drive environmental stewardship.
- Maintain accurate safety data and support the development of management systems.
- Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Safety and Health
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and industrial hygiene.
- Experience in safety compliance, hazard assessments, and safety training development.
- Proficiency in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence teams and drive safety culture.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
