Provide Administrative Support To The President
- Track and resolve all day-to-day business associates to assist their needs
- Scheduling of multiple meetings, teleconferences, travel arrangements
- Collecting and analyzing information for reports and financial reporting
- Coordinate and process documents for all real estate transactions
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Manage payroll and compliance of federal and state rules
- Cash Management and monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Track tax payments and returns
- Prepare and track accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare journal entries and categorize records in the general ledger
- Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
- Coordinate transfer and wiring of funds
- Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate renewal of insurance policies and timely payments
- Work closely with Controller to conduct month-end and year-end closures
- Prepare documents for audits
- Apply new accounting policies as approved by the Controller
- Track and resolve all day-to-day issues
- Coordinate and distribute issues for CPA and attorney
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
- Role is temp-to-hire
- Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Pay: $50k – $61k for middle of the range experience
