What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stand Up Forklift - Swing position at Express Employment International?
EPJ and Stand-up forklift experience a must. Must also have experience in a cold storage, be able to work 10-12 hour shifts and be open to the split schedule. Also must be able to stay busy and multi task.
Duties and responsibilities include managing warehouse operations Sunday through Thursday, inventory control and planning the use of resources such as labor, time and materials.
Inventory Management - counting boxes quickly and accurately, regular rotation of product inventory (FIFO), perform regular cycle counts, etc.
Working in Cold Storage - regularly working in cooler and freezer environment
Order selecting - scanning completed orders
Load and Unloading trailers - using Forklift and electric Pallet Jacks
Training, managing and motivating warehouse staff
Communication - ability to professionally communicate verbally and electronically with other staff.
Maintaining equipment maintenance records
Meeting deadlines and handling pressure
Shift is Sunday through Thursday 10am start or 8pm start
