- Assist Tech one in professionally answering incoming calls.
- Log call details on the ticket for follow-up.
- Return assigned customer calls.
- Assist in reviewing incoming emails.
- Manage and follow-up all emails assigned to you.
- Ensure emails are being addressed within the given timelines as set forth by your supervisor.
- Process customer returns, provide RMA and repairs tracking,
- Perform customer equipment testing as required.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work space.
- Work as a customer Liaison with office and production staff
- Gain knowledge on NWA products.
- Graphic design software is a plus
- In-design, CAD software, Illustrator
