- Supervising and Managing a Team:
- Leading, training, and motivating warehouse staff.
- Assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Ensuring accurate inventory records and updates.
- Forecasting inventory needs and ordering supplies.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Overseeing the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensuring proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Implementing and enforcing warehouse procedures.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforcing safety rules and regulations.
- Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
