Job Title: CNC Machine Operator & Warehouse Associate

Location: Baton Rouge

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Salary: $18/hour

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator & Warehouse Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• CNC Machine Operation: Fabricate gaskets using CNC machines, ensuring high precision and quality standards.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts safely for material handling, including loading and unloading shipments.
• Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
• Order Pulling: Accurately retrieve and prepare orders for shipment, verifying product specifications and quantities.
• Inventory Tracking: Use ERP Masks software to maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Flash Cutting: Operate flash cutting machinery for efficient gasket production.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines, demonstrating a good understanding of mechanical components.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be trainable; forklift certification will be provided on-site.
• Mechanically inclined with a foundational understanding of machine components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
