Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year, plus bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the medical and prescription industry, with a proven track record in managing warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for hiring, firing, coaching, and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective management of medical supplies and prescriptions.
• Manage and lead a team, including hiring, firing, coaching, and mentoring employees to maintain a productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical and prescription industry.
• Proven experience in warehouse management.
