Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a local company.
Job Duties:
- Compose professional emails with correct spelling and grammar
- Open, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Able to do cost-up pricing, arriving at desired profit margin from cost
- Familiarity with construction documents
- Able to plan and execute multi-step projects and coordinate with multiple subcontractors
- Able to work calmly and effectively in stressful situations in which there are multiple and differing demands on your time
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of business-to-business sales and/or business to consumer sales (preferably with hands-on, durable goods).
- Experience selling commercial and residential building materials highly desired.
- Project coordination and management.
- Project estimation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Stand, bend, squat, lift, and move.
